With a modest capital of just ₱10,000, Rogelio began offering home service software and hardware installation—helping families set up basic internet and computer systems in their homes. Recognizing the growing need for affordable internet access, he soon ventured into WiFi vendo reselling, starting small by sharing internet connections with neighbors using minimal equipment.
